Accounting giant PwC has appointed Mariusz Śpiewak as Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) advisory leader, overseeing Deals and Consulting practices.

Currently, Śpiewak is the managing partner for consulting in Poland and CEE.

In the new role, Śpiewak will manage an integrated offering of Deals and Consulting practices, leading a team of over 3000 specialists in 23 countries.

Śpiewak said: “Deals supports our clients in capital transactions and value creation through inorganic growth. Meanwhile, our Consulting practice focuses on comprehensive solutions that help organisations design, manage, and implement lasting change throughout the business lifecycle.

Specialising in advisory and digital transformation services Śpiewak has a strong track record of assisting clients from various sectors.

His expertise includes guiding international groups through complex transformation phases, focusing on strategy development, model building, process improvement, and implementing technologies.

Since joining PwC in 1998, Śpiewak has had a notable career trajectory within the firm. He established the advisory team for the financial sector and has been pivotal in creating and expanding new competency teams in both technology and strategy.

Śpiewak’s significantly contributed to the growth of digital transformation services across Poland and other Central and Eastern European countries.
