Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng and Moore Stephens AS will now trade as Baker Tilly.

The new entity will operate from offices in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Seremban, Kemaman, Batu Pahat, Labuan and Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The firm currently has a client base of around 100 public listed companies, and plans to double its team of 500 professionals in order to meet an expected expansion of clients.
According to Baker Tilly International, the merged entity would rank as the sixth largest accounting and audit firm in Malaysia.
