The PKF International network has further expanded its UK & Ireland presence and size by admission of Francis Clark LLP in the South West of England.
Effective today, PKF Francis Clark joins the PKF network as an independently owned and managed member firm. Earlier this year, PKF Francis Clark announced a merger with Princecroft Willis, a leading accountancy practice in Dorset and Hampshire. The merger also becomes effective from today. Francis Clark is ranked 25th in the Accountancy Age Top 50 Chartered Accountancy practices and 20th in the Accountancy Live Top 60 UK media rankings.

PKF International Limited has strengthened its global coverage with the admission of KLSA Associates as a member firm in Tanzania.
KLSA Associates’ core services are audit and assurance, accounting, tax and business advisory. The firm has significant industry expertise in agriculture, the financial sector, retail, energy, tourism and telecommunication services, engineering, aid donor and government services.
Strong growth in Tanzania’s natural resources and tourism sector (gold, oil, gas and hotels) has led to PKF responding to client demands for sector expertise by expanding its global presence in Tanzania. In joining the PKF International network, KLSA Associates will be able to tap into shared global resources and expertise to better serve client needs. The firm joins associate offices in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Zambia. PKF in Eastern Africa provides a wide range of services including audit and assurance, business and financial advisory, information technology consulting, human resource consulting, taxation and company secretarial, across diverse industry and client profiles.
