Press release by BDO Spain – BDO Spain has strengthened its tax and law services by acquiring Vallés & Asociados, a Tax & Law firm based in Valencia. This transaction enhances the BDO capabilities to deliver multidisciplinary services: audit, advisory, corporate finance, tax and legal through each of its 13 offices in Spain.
Francisco Vallés joins BDO as counsel with a team of 10 professionals with many years of experience and outstanding sector knowledge in tax, trade, procedural, criminal, and labour law, as well as in both industrial and intellectual property law.

The integration of Vallés is one of the many recent incorporations that have allowed our tax and legal division to grow and strengthen its presence throughout Spain, thanks to the integration of a group of experts in labour law and outsourcing services (Sampere y Asociados) in Madrid in 2015, among other incorporations of experts for: Transfer Pricing, Real Estate and Human Capital. BDO Spain has more than 250 tax and legal professionals.
In alignment with global growth plans, BDO Spain’s tax and legal division has grown significantly over the past few years. Growth in outsourcing services, labour law and international law, China Desk, real estate, and BPO is particularly significant. As is the creation of new service lines of sector by sector consulting, such as the area of legal advice in the sports sector.
Francisco Vallés is a professional of recognised standing in Valencia with more than 20 years of professional experience. He is also a member of several Boards of Directors and Boards of Administration in both the public and the private sector, such as: General Secretary of the National Association for the Defense of Brands, (ANDEMA) and Patron Secretary of the Spanish Renowned Brand Forum Foundation (FMRE). He is also Arbiter in the Valencia Chamber of Commerce and has a Master in Legal Affairs for Companies (Escuela Superior de Estudios Empresariales y el Centro de Estudios Universitarios (CEU) San Pablo).
This integration in the Valencia area is an important push forward for BDO Spain that allows the firm to have a competitive edge in this region, with a multidisciplinary offer of services for local companies that is complete, competitive and flexible.
