BDO Finland is delighted to announce it has strengthened its corporate finance and transactions services by acquiring Consilium Corporate Finance Oy, a company specialised in corporate and capital financing.

The acquisition brings Pekka Lindholm and Tuomo Alamäki to BDO. Lindholm has over 20 years of experience in investment banking. Alamäki has worked as a Senior Partner at Consilium since 2009, prior to which he worked for Nokia for more than 20 years, supervising divisions such as finance, strategic planning and the development of new business operations.
