Xeinadin, a business advisory firm operating in the UK and Ireland, has appointed Carolyn O’Shea as the new VAT and Indirect Taxes senior manager. 

O’Shea, who will be stationed at Xeinadin’s Liverpool office, is expected to enhance the firm’s VAT advisory capacity within the UK market.

O’Shea has more than a decade of expertise in VAT, gained from her previous tenure with HMRC and various advisory positions in the professional services sector.  

Her role will focus on providing “on the ground” specialist VAT support to Xeinadin’s clientele, serving in regions from Merseyside to Cumbria. 

O’Shea’s background includes advising on projects, from business acquisitions and disposals to compliance checks and VAT liability matters.
