Whitley Penn, which has an established presence in the south-west, is an independent member of HLB International, a worldwide network of independent advisory and accounting practices.
Earlier this month, HLB International expanded its operations in Central Asia by incorporating HLB Taxence, a consultancy located in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, into its network.
HLB Taxence offers services including taxation, legal advisory, financial consulting and accounting.
