UHY International has incorporated Danish audit and advisory company Buus Jensen Public Accountants into its global network.

The development marks UHY’s entry into the Danish market, expanding its international reach to 97 countries and a workforce of more than 10,000 across 320 locations.

Buus Jensen, headquartered in Copenhagen, operates as a full-service company with a team of 60 employees and eight partners, serving a client base of more than 2,000.

It provides a variety of services including audit, tax, accounting and advisory, and is recognised for its tailored support aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises and emerging businesses.

The company has notable experience in sectors such as manufacturing, technology, real estate and pharmaceuticals.

With its integration into UHY, Buus Jensen will have access to a broader network of accountancy practices, enhancing the support available to its clients beyond Denmark.

Buus Jensen was established more than six decades ago and transitioned to a partnership structure in 1986.
