The CFO Centre has appointed Natalie Garfield as its newest chief finance officer (CFO) to support businesses throughout South Wales.
Garfield’s career spans more than 20 years and includes roles in manufacturing, education, local government, consulting and healthcare.

She began her professional journey in South Wales, working with manufacturing firms such as Bosch and Hoover, before qualifying as a CIMA accountant and moving into management accounting.
Prior to joining The CFO Centre, Garfield was finance director at Capita PLC. Over a 15-year period there, she was responsible for financial strategy across several public sector contracts, including services in planning, IT, customer service, education, highways and healthcare.
Her portfolio eventually covered businesses with revenues above £215m.
She focused on transformation initiatives, long-term planning and operational improvements.
