UK accountancy practice TC Group has expanded its reach in the Scottish market with the acquisition of MMG Chartered Accountants.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

MMG, which has been operating for more than a century, has seven offices across Scotland and serves business, organisational and private clients across multiple sectors.
TC Group works primarily with owner-managed and privately owned businesses. Its model brings together tax specialists, lawyers, financial planners, business advisers and accountants to provide what it describes as integrated and tailored support to clients.
