TC Group has completed the purchase of Little and Neal, an accountancy practice in Ferry Hill, County Durham, further extending its reach in the North East of the UK.

The financial terms of the transaction were disclosed.

Little and Neal’s existing client base will continue to be served from the Ferry Hill office, with clients gaining access to TC Group’s resources, expertise and wider network.

It will operate as part of the TC Harlands division.

TC Group, which offers tailored accountancy and business advisory services, now operates from more than 50 locations across the UK, providing local service backed by a national network.
