
RSM UK has strengthened its financial services transactions expertise with the appointment of James Zuurbier as a deal services director.
Zuurbier brings 15 years of experience in the sector and will be joining RSM’s consulting team.
His career includes significant tenure at a Big Four firm, where he led numerous deals within the lending, banking, insurance, and wealth and asset management sectors.
His previous experience also encompasses various finance roles at Barclays, leading important strategic projects.
His expertise lies in representing multinational corporates and worldwide private equity funds, with a focus on due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures.
At RSM, Zuurbier will take a leadership role within the financial services industry group.
