PwC has launched PwC One, an AI-powered platform that the company is positioning as a step in its move towards AI-enabled professional services.
The platform combines the organisation’s institutional knowledge with emerging autonomous AI capabilities.

Experience unmatched clarity with a single platform that combines unique data, AI, and human expertise.
According to the firm, PwC One is intended to help clients and internal teams work through complex challenges in new ways.
PwC linked this to moving beyond episodic projects towards more continuous insight, faster learning cycles and earlier visibility into risk and opportunity.
The launch is the latest milestone in PwC’s multi-year effort to embed AI across how it develops its people, builds technology and delivers work.
PwC said it is integrating AI directly into its methodologies and professional workflows, while keeping human judgement at the centre of critical decisions.
PwC One brings together PwC’s proprietary methodologies, compliance frameworks and domain expertise with AI capabilities designed to surface patterns, test assumptions and accelerate analysis.
PwC said these capabilities are intended to amplify professional judgement rather than replace it, enabling teams to spend more time on interpretation, strategic insight and key decisions.
The platform is being introduced in the US, initially within select PwC teams and US client engagements.
PwC said that use cases include tax analysis, financial reporting, sustainability assurance, deal diligence and operating model transformation.
PwC One is built on the company’s secure infrastructure, is aligned with data privacy, security and regulatory standards, and is designed to evolve alongside its services.
PwC US senior partner and CEO Paul Griggs said: “For 175 years, clients have turned to PwC when the stakes are highest – when the decisions are complex and the consequences matter.
“What is changing now is the pace of the world around us. AI is fundamentally transforming how insight is generated and how decisions get made. PwC One reflects how we are evolving alongside that shift – combining advanced AI with the judgment, experience and trust our clients rely on. Our ambition is simple: to help clients move faster, see further ahead and shape what comes next.”
