UK-based accounting firm Old Mill has promoted Kathryn Mansell to the position of head of corporate finance.  

The appointment is aimed at enhancing clients service on various financial undertakings including succession planning, acquisitions, management buyouts, and fundraising, the company said in a statement.

Mansell has been with Old Mill for a decade, having initiated her professional journey in the audit-focused Exeter Commercial team.  

She worked closely with Mark Neath, currently CEO, who previously led the corporate finance division.  

Commenting on her promotion, Kathryn said: “I feel both excited and honoured to step into this role. It’s a privilege to play a part in helping our clients achieve their goals while also shaping the strategic direction of Old Mill at such an exciting time.

As head of corporate finance, Mansell’s responsibilities will include managing and advancing the corporate finance team, ensuring clients are supported during critical business events.  

Additionally, she will focus on maintaining and enhancing client relations and integrating technology into Old Mill’s practices.
