With its main office in Tokyo, GYC Tax Corporation Co., Ltd has two partners and six members of staff.

The firm provides a range of tax services including corporate and business tax, global mobility, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, private client and international tax. It also provides business succession, assets succession advisory, international inheritance and tax advisory services.

GYC Tax Corporation Co., Ltd specialises in large Japanese and foreign affiliated financial institutions and IT companies. Specifically, the firm focuses on restructuring advice, tax DD business, tax advice on overseas investment of Japanese companies and tax advice on funds.

Nexia International add a new member firm in Audit One s.r.o in Czech Republic

With its main office in Prague, Audit One s.r.o. has three partners and 40 members of staff.

The firm provides audit, tax, accountancy and business advisory services, which includes M&A and valuation.

Audit One s.r.o.’s clients are both SME and large companies as well as non-profit organisations from various sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and financial services.
