Two Irish independent accountancy firms, Russell Brennan Keane Chartered Accountants and Andrew Partners, have merged.

The merged firm, which will trade as Russell Brennan Keane, has 13 partners and 160 employees, across offices in Dublin, Athlone and Roscommon.
It provides accounting, audit and tax services to SMEs, as well as to Irish subsidiaries of multinationals.

Nordens adds three partners
UK independent accountancy firm, Nordens, has promoted three employees as partners within the practice: Joe Sword, Panayiota Koshias and Mitch Hahn.
The three of them started as trainees at the firm.
Panayiota is an ACCA qualified accountant while Sword qualified with ICAEW. Hahn serves as business development manager of the practice.
