KPMG UK has acquired Nunwood, an independent consultancy specialising in customer experience management and feedback technology.

Nunwood, which had annual revenues of £8m in 2014, was founded in 1996 and advises companies across the retail, telecoms, financial and leisure industries from its Leeds and London offices.

KPMG UK believes the acquisition will enable the firm to offer a full-service customer management programme to its clients, from mapping the customer journey to measuring ongoing feedback.

The team is led by KPMG UK partner Mark Guinibert and will comprise approximately 150 members of staff, boosted by Nunwood’s 80 employees.
