KPMG UK has acquired international construction consultancy High-Point Rendel.

High-Point Rendel provides delivery, commercial, contractual, programme and risk management services to public and private owners, investors, contractors and vendors involved with large scale global infrastructure projects.

The new practice will be known as KPMG-HPR and 35 staff from High-Point Rendel will join KPMG UK’s major projects advisory team.

No financial details of the transactions were disclosed.
