EY has acquired Greenwich Consulting a management consultancy firm specialising in digital and data analysis.
Headquartered in New York, Greenwich Consulting has seven offices worldwide and counts 130 staff.

Eighty out of the 130 staff will join EY France. Greenwich Consulting staff will join EY advisory teams and contribute to the creation of a new strategy, marketing and innovation practice, which will be headed by Greenwich Consulting chief executive officer David Naim.
EY France chairman and chief executive officer Jean Pierre Letartre and EY advisory head in France Eric Mouchous said in a statement: "The combined operation will mean we are better equipped to meet our clients’ expectations and able to offer some unique capabilities in innovation, market growth and business transformation."
