BDO US has acquired Asher & Company, strengthening its Philadelphia practice.
Asher & Company has 10 partners and an overall staff of 100, bringing BDO’s Philadelphia office staff to 176.

Wayne Berson, chief executive of BDO US said this new acquisition. is demonstrative of BDO’s "growing presence in the Atlantic region". This follows the addition of Washington-based firm Argy, WIltse & Robinson earlier this month.
