BDO Morocco is to merge with Salah El Ghazouli and Larbi El Oufir two auditing and accounting firms based in Rabat.
Both firms together have revenues of MAD7m (USD 806,851) and 30 employees.

BDO managing partner Zakaria Fahim said that with 75 employees and a turnover of MAD 19 million (USD2.1m), "BDO now ranks as the eighth audit and accounting firm in Morocco."
