Glover said: “Mazuma has a really clear sense of who it is and what it is building. That is rare and it is exciting. The team moves fast, thinks differently and I can already tell everyone genuinely cares about doing things better for clients.
“I am looking forward to helping Mazuma grow even further and making sure the numbers are working just as hard as the people.”
In addition to her executive work, Glover is on the board of the Association of Accounting Technicians, serves as vice-chair of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Financial Services sector panel, and was involved in founding Connexion Career Collective, a community aimed at supporting women in industries where they are under-represented.
She also ran an online wine retail business.

By GlobalDataMazuma founder and CEO Lucy Cohen said: “I have had my eye on Becky for a long time, so I am genuinely delighted she is joining us. She brings serious financial firepower and understands exactly how to build financial control without killing momentum and ambition.
“That kind of attitude and knowledge make her a perfect fit for Mazuma. We move quickly, we question everything and we are proud to be disruptive. Becky is calm, pragmatic, smart and very much our kind of human. I can’t wait to see how she helps take us forward.”
