Mountjoy has been part of Grant Thornton since June 2013, previously serving as Financial Modelling director and leading the Financial Modelling team since mid-2024.

Mountjoy has 20 years of experience in professional services, with 15 years specifically in financial modelling across various industries.

In his new role, he will continue to manage the Financial Modelling team, which is responsible for producing tailored financial models and analytical tools for client use.

The team aims to create accessible models that help clients understand potential opportunities and risks, thereby supporting informed decision-making.
