Grant Thornton UK has appointed three new partners to its deals, advisory and consulting (DAC) leadership team.
Amo Anim-Addo joins the leadership team as the private equity coverage partner, tasked with developing relationships with mid-market private equity funds and driving growth for the firm’s services to both private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
Adam Bunch has been elevated to partner, focusing on expanding the firm’s tech, media, and telecoms capabilities, while Andrew Frame steps into the role of partner and head of education sector M&A.
These appointments come after a record year for Grant Thornton’s DAC team, which completed 258 deals in 2024, marking a 19% increase from the previous year.
The deals, which had a combined value of £15.4bn ($19.4bn), spanned a variety of sizes, sectors, and international markets.
Grant Thornton said Frame’s progression within the firm, from joining as a graduate to now leading the education sector M&A, underscores its commitment to nurturing talent and providing expert advisory services.
