Located in Dublin, she will collaborate with the firm’s international network to tackle industry trends and client requirements.
Tyler Jones, situated in Dallas, Texas, has been appointed as the leader of energy. With 20 years of experience in public accounting, he will provide guidance to both domestic and international energy clients on various regulatory and compliance issues.
Jones has considerable experience with US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants and is skilled in initial public offerings, short-form registration statements, SEC comment letter responses, and routine public filings.
Scott McGurl has been chosen as the leader of healthcare, drawing on nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences fields.
