Gerald Edelman, a chartered accountancy and business advisory firm based in the UK, has appointed Tom Harris as its new audit partner.

Harris joins the firm from Deloitte, bringing with him 25 years of experience in the field. 

His professional background includes working with complex, large listed companies, private clients, and start-ups.

He has also led advisory initiatives related to IPO readiness, HFI reporting, and controls assurance, the company said in its press statement.

 Harris possesses considerable industry knowledge, particularly in the retail, manufacturing, property, telecoms, media, and technology sectors.

In addition to his audit expertise, Harris has held leadership roles that focus on driving audit quality and operational efficiency.
