German professional services group ETL GLOBAL has announced the integration of Siconting into ETL GLOBAL Portugal.

Siconting, established in 2011 and headquartered in Lisbon, works with clients across multiple industries and provides accounting, tax advisory, financial consulting and human resources (HR) services.

ETL GLOBAL said the addition is expected to broaden its professional base and support the “continued development” of services for clients.

Siconting is led by Hugo Simplício, who manages operations and client relationships.

Following the integration, Simplício will also become a partner at Numeric Consulting Group alongside Sérgio Ramos.

Numeric Consulting Group, part of the ETL GLOBAL network in Portugal, joined the network in September 2022. It provides accounting and auditing services.

According to its LinkedIn page, it has around 45 employees and offices in Lisbon, Cascais, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, with a focus on the Portugal–Brazil corridor.

In March last year, ETL GLOBAL unveiled its international Real Estate Group, a team of legal, tax and financial professionals focused on offering guidance to property investors, developers and businesses across Europe.

The ETL GLOBAL Real Estate Group supports clients through investment planning, financing, construction, portfolio management and transaction execution.

Its services encompass inheritance and gift tax advisory, legal assistance for property acquisitions, tailored corporate structuring for real estate businesses, tax due diligence, transfer tax and VAT.

In July 2024, ETL GLOBAL announced a strategic reorganisation of its Slovakian division, appointing Martin Roško as master partner to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer service.
