ETL GLOBAL has announced the expansion of its Irish arm with the integration of Guardian Management Accounting.
Based in Dublin and led by managing director Colum Whelan, Guardian Management Accounting offers a full range of accounting services, including bookkeeping, company year-end accounts, income tax returns, management accounting, part-time CFO services, and payroll. Guardian effectively addresses the financial skills shortage faced by many SMEs, eliminating the need for in-house financial staffing.
Commenting on this, ETL GLOBAL Ireland master partner, Anthony Casey, said: “For firms who need more than basic book-keeping, but don’t have the level of revenue required to maintain a fully-fledged finance department, Guardian identifies the “sweet spot” of services and steps in to provide those.”
This acquisition represents ETL GLOBAL Ireland’s third direct investment since its launch at the end of 2022. With the integration of Guardian Management Accounting, the team now expands to over 70 members in Dublin and Waterford, with plans for further growth.
