UK accountancy group DJH has completed the rebrand of McBrides Accountants, which will now operate as DJH Bexley.
The company announced the rebrand following the conclusion of a ten‑month integration process and the completion of a £200,000 ($270,158) Nexus House office refurbishment.

The office of the Sidcup, London-based practice has undergone a full revamp as part of the changeover, including upgraded meeting rooms, IT and technology systems, and the creation of a new break-out space for staff and client events.
In April 2025, DJH signed a deal to acquire the 53‑year‑old company, marking its expansion into London and the South East.
DJH CEO Scott Heath said: “McBrides was a hugely strategic acquisition for us and marks an important first foray into the South East and London.
“The change in branding will help accelerate marketing efforts, as we look to grow DJH in the region.”

By GlobalDataSince becoming part of the group, DJH Bexley has picked up a number of new clients in the legal and energy sectors, while continuing to focus on auditing and accounting work for clients in professional services, law, property and shipping.
Clients of the Bexley practice now have access to DJH’s wider specialist teams, including support in areas such as capital allowances, research and development tax credits, human resources and IT.

To support its expansion plans, DJH Bexley is hiring across several functions including corporate finance.
The practice provides accounting, audit, business advisory and tax services to businesses in more than 15 sectors.
DJH has completed 16 acquisitions in the past four years and now has a multidisciplinary workforce of 750 people across 16 offices in the Midlands, North West, Yorkshire and Dublin, Ireland.
