CohnReznick, a professional services firm, has combined with Virginia-based tax firm PIASCIK & Associates, effective 1 July 2025.
This move is part of CohnReznick’s growth strategy to integrate firms that enhance its “client value proposition” and reinforce its “people-first culture”.
The addition of PIASCIK is set to strengthen CohnReznick’s private clients services and international tax practices.
PIASCIK’s team is stated to possess tax expertise, which includes tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals, athletes, and international tax services.
This combination also expands CohnReznick’s geographic reach in the mid-Atlantic region, adding a Richmond office to its existing network in Metro DC, Baltimore, Charlotte, and South Florida.
PIASCIK partners Steve Piascik and Ryan Losi will retain their client relationships while taking on expanded roles within CohnReznick.
