
BK Plus, UK-based accounting firm, has acquired Cornerstone Accountants in Glasgow and FourM Accountants in Dundee, Scotland.
This deal brings nearly 100 staff members from the two firms under the BK Plus brand, which aims to serve small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout the UK with tailored accounting and advisory services.

Earlier in October 2024, BK Plus acquired Haines Watts, a firm of chartered accountants and business advisers in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.

In the span of over three years since its inception, the firm has expanded to 25 offices.
The integration of the two Scottish firms into the BK Plus family is expected to enhance the company’s ability to understand and meet the requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Clients will now have access to a broader range of technical services, including expertise in corporate finance, banking and finance, among others, stated BK Plus.
Cornerstone Accountants is engaged in offering reliable accounting and financial services to local SMEs, while FourM Accountants delivers bespoke business solutions.
