Bishop Fleming has announced plans to launch a new office in Birmingham, England in January 2025, strengthening their foothold in the Midlands.
This move is part of the firm’s ‘Better Growth’ business strategy, aiming to double its size through organic growth and operational transformation.

The Birmingham office will mark the company’s ninth location and is expected to host full-service operations across its core service lines – audit, accountancy, tax, and advisory.
The new office will be situated in the Colmore Business District.
Bishop Fleming has hired a senior figure from a Big Four firm as a new Audit Partner for the Birmingham office.
Bishop Fleming managing partner Andrew Sandiford said: “Our strategy for Birmingham is to scale up quickly through rewarding, organic growth. As such, we have every intention for Birmingham to become one of the largest offices on our portfolio within the next few years.

With a current fee income exceeding £50m ($62.33m) and a growth of 100% over the past five years, the firm currently employs 40 partners and nearly 550 people.
It has plans to increase its headcount, particularly within the new Birmingham office.
This expansion is supported by Bishop Fleming’s continuous reinvestment strategy to fuel its growth objectives.
The firm has implemented the Workday HR and Finance ERP platform, becoming the second UK firm to do so and the first to deploy Workday’s new integrated quoting functionality.
In addition, Bishop Fleming is increasing its office space in Bristol and is relocating its Exeter office to a new space in 2025.
In 2024, Bishop Fleming appointed Tom Morrill as audit director to strengthen Bishop Fleming’s growth in Gloucestershire, following the opening of its Cheltenham office in September 2023.
