After Kroll purchased Blackrock Expert Services Group, Derry served as CEO of the business. Under his four-year tenure at Blackrock, the business increased its scale significantly, tripling in size through a mix of internal growth and selective acquisitions.

Before joining Blackrock, Derry spent more than 15 years in private equity, including as a partner at Dunedin.

Derry said: “Bishop Fleming is a firm with strong values, impressive momentum and clear ambition. I am excited to support Andrew and the leadership team as the business grows, deepens its capabilities and extends its reach.

“I look forward to working with the partners and colleagues across the firm to help shape the next chapter in the firm’s ambitious journey.”
