
Business advisory and accounting firm Aprio has announced the expansion of its Denver, US, presence through strategic combinations with Pontiff + Associates and Elite Tax & Accounting.
These partnerships, effective from 1 December 2024, aim to enhance Aprio’s service capabilities in key industries within the region.
Founded in 1987, Pontiff + Associates is a firm specialising in tax planning and preparation, business valuation, and litigation support.
Led by managing partner Matt Pontiff, the team includes four professionals with a focus on serving clients in the professional services and real estate industries.
Elite Tax & Accounting, with a 16-professional team led by managing partner Troy Vigil, offers tax preparation, client accounting services, and IRS and state tax resolution services.
Both firms will integrate into Aprio’s Denver office, which opened in 2023.
