
Cooper Parry, a UK-based accounting and business advisory firm, has appointed Adam Waller as the new head of Tax Consulting.
Waller, operating out of Manchester, will be responsible for the firm’s national tax advisory channel, to drive work spanning business tax, private client, and transaction tax.
He has more than 25 years experience in tax consultation.
This includes a 14-year stint at PwC, where he held the role of market senior partner for the North West. His work included interacting with start-ups, large corporates, and high-net-worth individuals.
As head of Tax Consulting, Waller will lead a national team dedicated to delivering strategic tax outcomes for clients.
His areas of specialisation, such as shareholder exits, succession planning, and wealth structuring, align with the key priorities of the firm’s clientele, which includes private businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals across the UK.
