Accounting firm Withum has partnered with accounting automation software provider Aiwyn to launch a single, custom-branded portal intended to optimise how professional services firms interact with their clients.
The portal, called Aiwyn Experience, is designed to support the full engagement lifecycle, from initial information requests and document exchange to the delivery of completed work and payment collection.

Experience unmatched clarity with a single platform that combines unique data, AI, and human expertise.
The accounting firm positions the rollout as part of its ongoing push towards digital transformation and as a response to shifting client expectations.
Withum partner Mike Yarrow said: “Our collaboration with Aiwyn reflects our commitment to meeting clients where they are in an increasingly digital environment.
“This platform gives us the flexibility to showcase the Withum brand while delivering a seamless, intuitive experience for our clients.”
To build the portal, Aiwyn worked with multiple groups inside Withum.
The joint development effort centred on a system that could plug into Aiwyn’s existing technology stack while serving needs across client service delivery, internal operations and firm growth.
Aiwyn Experience is based on a modular architecture, supported by built-in integrations and open APIs.
Core modules include tools for managing client requests, handling e-signatures, organising documents, distributing deliverables, processing integrated payments and maintaining a shared messaging hub.
These capabilities aim to cut down on manual coordination and reduce the time staff spend switching between different systems, allowing professionals to direct more effort towards higher-value client work.
Aiwyn CEO Justin Adams said: “Working with Withum validates our vision of a connected client ecosystem in professional services.
“Withum’s willingness to collaborate helped shape a platform that differentiates firms through technology while improving client experience in meaningful, measurable ways.”
