The international association Abacus Worldwide has expanded its network by incorporating Balans-Inform-Audit (BIA), an audit firm based in Uzbekistan.
Founded in 1999, BIA delivers services in economics, finance and corporate management, aiding companies in adapting to the market-oriented economy of Uzbekistan.

BIA’s membership in Abacus Worldwide also includes joining Task International, a network that caters to independent accounting firms specialising in transnational auditing and compliance.
Abacus Worldwide CEO and president Julio Gabay said: “As Uzbekistan works to attract more foreign investors, there’s a greater need for local accounting help to navigate constantly changing economic landscape. From currency reforms to improvements in corporate governance, our members benefit greatly from the addition of a strong audit presence like BIA.”
In August 2025, Abacus Worldwide added two Latin American firms into its network: Triade Auditores e Consultores from Brazil and Seven Group G7 from Colombia.
Triade, an audit firm established in 1989 and headquartered in São Paulo, provides a variety of auditing services catering to both national and multinational corporations.
