With 35 committed and highly professional staff members, Gruppo Multi SA has the dynamism and the availability of a young company that guarantees professionalism and competence through its operating professionals in offices in Lugano, Locarno and Bellinzona. The Capital Link is an independent advisory firm that provides all aspects of high-quality services to companies, company owners and investors involved in M&A, equity and debt raising, and financial management. This includes any possible strategic, financial, legal and tax advice; as well as deal-structuring and due diligence conducting/support. As such, the Capital Link provides end-to-end solutions and is a serious alternative to large investment banks.

Their principal focus is the provision of traditional corporate advisory services including capital raising, growth management, merger & acquisitions, and divestment strategies.

The company leverage off their strategy and management experience to best apply financial and human capital to client's business requirements.
