Its services include tax, accounting, audit and assurance, valuation and advisory support for clients in sectors including construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, non-profit organisations, professional services and real estate.

The deal is part of UHY’s national growth strategy and increases its presence in Ohio.
After combining with Cincinnati-based Flynn & Company last year, UHY is continuing to invest in the state and broaden its regional operations.
The combination will give Whalen clients access to UHY’s national platform, industry specialists and wider advisory services, while maintaining a “high level” of personal service.
UHY’s national wealth management practice will also support family owned businesses, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals in the region.
