Existing backers Cherry Ventures, General Catalyst and Puzzle Ventures also participated in the funding round.

Integral operates within the AI-native professional services sector. The platform deploys AI agents to handle repetitive bookkeeping, tax and payroll tasks.

The agents execute workloads typically managed by dedicated accounting and tax teams, including invoice and bank reconciliation, general ledger postings, payroll execution and statutory tax return preparation.

Its affiliated independent licenced practice, Integral Tax, runs on the company’s platform to support corporate clients across Germany.

The newly raised capital will be allocated towards expanding the company’s workforce, with recruitment focused on AI engineering, licensed practitioners and commercial staff.

Capital will also be directed into broadening automated workflows across complex accounting, payroll and tax procedures, as well as advancing the company’s compliance intelligence framework for regulated financial operations.

Integral co-founder and CEO Lukas Zörner said: “Software doesn’t file your business’s taxes. It doesn’t run your payroll and it doesn’t sign your annual accounts. A licensed professional does, and there are fewer of them every year.

“So instead of building yet another tool for professionals, we built the firm itself: AI agents do the work, licensed experts stand behind every result. The deeper our automation goes, the better the service.

“This investment round lets us push automation even deeper across all workflows, and it validates that AI-native services is the winning model to rebuild this industry.”
