“The firm’s collaborative culture and commitment to building long-term client relationships make it an exciting place to join.
“Businesses today need advisors who understand both risk and opportunity. I am looking forward to working with clients and colleagues across the firm, helping organisations address complex challenges while supporting sustainable growth and long-term success.”
According to the company, the appointment follows increased demand for the RAAS team’s work and forms part of HaysMac’s continued investment in senior advisory expertise.
HaysMac managing partner Natasha Frangos said: “The environment our clients operate in is becoming increasingly complex, requiring organisations to balance growth, innovation and resilience against a backdrop of rapid technological change, evolving regulation and heightened stakeholder expectations.
“Over recent years, we have seen significant growth in demand for our RAAS team as clients seek support navigating an increasingly complex risk landscape.
“Under the leadership of Per-Olof Ahlstrom and a team with decades of experience across risk, assurance and advisory services, it has been fantastic to see both the team and our client offering go from strength to strength.
“Sandeep’s appointment reflects that momentum and our continued investment in the future of the practice.”
