HaysMac managing partner Natasha Frangos said: “We are delighted to welcome Kiran to HaysMac. As our client base is becoming increasingly international, it is critical that we evolve our expertise to cater to those requirements.
“Transfer pricing has become a critical consideration for businesses operating internationally, and Kiran brings exceptional experience advising multinational organisations through periods of growth, transformation and regulatory change.
“Following HaysMac’s acquisition of the Moore DM US Tax team in February 2026 and the continued expansion of our International Tax practice, Kiran’s appointment represents another important step in strengthening our international capabilities.”
Jain joins HaysMac with experience in international tax and transfer pricing. He has advised multinational businesses through periods of growth, restructuring and complex cross-border tax issues.
He has worked with organisations on business restructurings, operating model design, value chain transformation and transfer pricing risk management.
Jain’s background spans both ‘Big Four’ advisory experience and in-house roles. He has also led transfer pricing for Nissan’s European operations.
Jain said: “I am delighted to be joining HaysMac to help further develop its Transfer Pricing offering at a time when transfer pricing continues to be one of the most important and rapidly evolving areas for business and tax leaders around the world.
“Drawing on both my consulting and in-house experience, I look forward to working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions that help them achieve their strategic objectives while managing risk.”
Earlier this month, HaysMac promoted Jack Williams to director to expand its research and development tax and advisory capabilities.
