The appointment comes as WilliamsMarston seeks to reinforce its leadership structure while extending its reach across the south and West Coast of the country.

WilliamsMarston CEO Sanjay Ramaswamy, who was appointed last year, said: “Doug’s expertise in building high-performing organisations and aligning talent strategy with business objectives will be instrumental as we continue to scale.

“We are on a strong growth trajectory, and his leadership will help ensure we expand thoughtfully while preserving the incredible culture that defines WilliamsMarston.”

Hoffer has more than three decades of experience leading human resources (HR) and talent functions in healthcare, financial services, and aerospace and defence.

He previously served as CPO at Access Information Management, where he oversaw global HR strategy and organisational transformation in support of rapid expansion and acquisitions.

Before that, he held senior roles at Fidelity Investments, Wellington Management and The MENTOR Network.

Hoffer said: “I am excited to join WilliamsMarston and partner with the team to build on what is already a strong foundation and highly collaborative culture.

“I am eager to work alongside our talented HR team and collaborate closely with leaders across the firm to advance our talent strategy, support their evolving needs, and ensure we have the capabilities required to scale effectively and create long-term value as WilliamsMarston continues its growth trajectory.”
