In a statement, Elevate said Clark will be responsible for creating an integrated, data-focused growth framework designed to sit alongside the platform’s ongoing mergers and acquisitions activity and to strengthen advisory engagements across the organisation.

Clark said: “What attracted me to Elevate is the clarity of vision and the commitment to building a true operating platform — not just a collection of firms.

“The opportunity to architect a scalable growth engine across a national footprint, alongside partner firms who are already leaders in their markets, is incredibly compelling.”

Clark joins Elevate with more than three decades of experience shaping and leading sales and growth teams within US accounting and consulting businesses.

His career includes senior roles at Moss Adams (now Baker Tilly), BKD (now Forvis Mazars), Carr Riggs & Ingram, BDO USA and Ernst & Young.

During the past nine years at Moss Adams, Clark developed and expanded the firm’s sales coaching infrastructure. That function supported more than 1,000 partners, directors and senior managers across 45 practices.

Elevate founder and CEO Sanjay Agarwal said: “Wade has built and led growth organisations at scale, and he knows what it takes to drive consistent, measurable results across a distributed partnership.

“As we continue to execute on both M&A and organic growth, Wade’s ability to bring structure, accountability, and rigor to revenue generation will be a meaningful differentiator for our partner firms and their clients.”
