UK professional services company DJH has strengthened its South East network with the acquisition of Kent-based Loucas Accountants.
Established in 1974, Loucas serves owner-managed businesses. The company has grown from a single-desk operation into a multi-office practice, DJH said.

Loucas managing director Athos Louca said: “Joining DJH gives our clients and team a wider platform while preserving more than 50 years of relationship-first culture.
“I am excited about what this partnership means for our clients across Kent and the South East.”
This transaction is DJH’s second deal in the South East following its purchase of McBrides in 2025.
The addition of Loucas is intended to extend DJH’s reach in the region and among clients in London.
DJH CEO Scott Heath said: “When we made our first acquisition in 2025, we made it clear the South East was a region we intended to grow in, and that is exactly what we are doing.
“The area is emerging as one of the most entrepreneurial counties in the UK and the demand for high-quality business advice and consultancy is continuing to grow. It has the business density, the entrepreneurial energy and the economic momentum that makes it exactly the kind of market we want to serve.
“Loucas is the type of practice we look for. A 50-year strong track record, an expert team that has built something genuinely special, a firm that clients trust, return to and recommend.”
The Loucas deal is DJH’s 20th acquisition since 2020.
With backing from private equity investor Tenzing, the group now has a workforce of around 800 across the UK and Ireland.
Recently, DJH expanded its presence in the Liverpool area by adding Bootle-based accountancy practice SB&P to the group.
