Business consultancy EisnerAmper is set to add the KLG Business Valuators & Forensic Accountants (KLG) operation to its business.
The move is expected to expand EisnerAmper’s capabilities in forensic accounting, business valuation, litigation support and expert witness assignments.

The transaction is expected to be finalised next month.
KLG, founded in 1980 and headquartered in Melville, New York, focuses on business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation-related support and the quantification of economic damages.
The company’s specialists also provide support in matters involving estate and gift tax planning, matrimonial matters, and shareholder and commercial disputes.

Once the deal is completed, KLG’s clients will be able to tap into EisnerAmper’s national platform, including its wider pool of specialists and technology resources.
EisnerAmper’s existing clients, in turn, are set to gain access to KLG’s long-standing links with the matrimonial and commercial litigation bar and its extensive trial and courtroom experience.
