The capability integrates AI into professional workflows.

It allows users to consult ministerial instructions using natural language, while “remaining fully in control of decision-making”.

According to the company, the AI tool draws exclusively on authoritative official sources, providing contextual guidance during compilation.

Wolters Kluwer outlined the expected benefits for tax professionals. These include reduced time spent consulting instructions by enabling natural language queries of ministerial guidance within the workflow, and higher data quality in routine or repetitive steps supported by authoritative references.

The company also cited greater confidence during compilation through clear links to official sources, and operational continuity because the AI assistance sits inside the Genya platform rather than requiring external tools.

It added that decision-making remains human-centred, with professionals “remaining fully responsible for final judgement”.

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Europe South Region vice-president and general manager Tomàs Font said: “Tax professionals are operating in an increasingly complex regulatory environment, where accuracy, timeliness and confidence are critical.

“With Genya Dichiarativi Expert AI, we are supporting professionals by simplifying access to ministerial guidance, reducing manual effort and embedding AI directly into the workflow, while ensuring that responsibility and final judgement always remain with the professional.”

Headquartered in the Netherlands, Wolters Kluwer provides information solutions, software and services for professionals in the healthcare, tax and accounting, financial and corporate compliance, legal and regulatory, and corporate performance and environmental, social and governance sectors.
