UK accountancy, tax and business advisory firm Streets has announced merger with Stamford-based practice Brayshaw Morey.
Brayshaw Morey was founded in 1987 by former tax inspectors, including Ross Clephane. The firm began in Surbiton, Surrey, before opening a Stamford office in 2003.

The practice has expanded steadily since then, increasing its team and moving in 2012 to larger premises in central Stamford.
Streets described the merger as the next step in that development, bringing in additional specialist skills and wider resources while keeping a local focus and continued service for existing clients.
The combined firm will operate in Stamford under the name Streets Brayshaw Morey, with Clephane remaining in charge of the office.
Clephane said: “Change and succession planning is inevitable, so it was important for us to find a like-minded business that shared our values and would complement our offering to staff and clients.
