Forvis Mazars, an audit, accounting and consulting business, has opened a new office at Three Chamberlain Square in Birmingham, UK.

The move further strengthens the operator’s presence across the Midlands.

The company, which has doubled its workforce since 2021, said around 340 employees will be based at the new office.

Forvis Mazars Birmingham office managing partner Stephen Lewis said: “We are thrilled to welcome our team and clients to Three Chamberlain Square.

“This new space reflects both our ambition and our values, creating a sustainable and modern environment that supports our people and strengthens our position at the heart of Birmingham’s business community.”

The new office covers almost 23,000ft² and has been designed to support collaborative working and client service.

The company noted that the Three Chamberlain Square commercial building also holds BREEAM Outstanding certification and a NABERS 5-star rating.

Forvis Mazars partner and growth head Gareth Jones said: “Opening our doors here is a proud moment for the firm.

In December last year, Forvis Mazars appointed Neil Lawrinson as partner and head of UK audit methodology, based in its Manchester office.

In this role, he leads the UK audit methodology team, focusing on audit quality and client service.

Lawrinson returned to the company after spending four years in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales’ quality assurance department, where he assessed non-public interest entity audits at a variety of companies.
