Parker joins the firm with more than three decades of experience in corporate tax work both in the UK and internationally.

He previously held a partnership at Deloitte and provided guidance to large corporates, private equity groups, and real estate investors on matters related to mergers and acquisitions.

His responsibilities included overseeing transaction structuring, due diligence projects, and refinancing activities.

RSM UK partner and transactions tax head James Hunt said: “I’m thrilled to welcome both Alistair and Andrew to RSM. Their wealth of experience working on complex, cross-border transactions for many years in Big Four firms will immediately add capability and capacity to the team to deliver on the increasing demand we are seeing for our services.”

These appointments are intended to enhance the transactions tax team’s capacity, as well as support its objectives for growth within the mid-market deals space.
